We can train you as well as staff using engaging and user friendly workshops.
We can update technologies, gain a better grasp on the technologies you already have, and ensure you and your organization can release fear and embrace empowerment for your digital needs.
Your Tech Chaplain offers a listening ear for your technological troubles as well as an open heart to your digital dreams.
A Tech Consultation may include and is not limited to:
Tech Audit - Together we get a clear picture of what technology you or your organization currently use, as well as where the holes are in your digital landscape. We work to figure out what your needs as an institution are in and discover how current technologies can be better utilized, improved, or replaced. The information gathered will cover an array of information that, when analyzed, will provide us with a clear understanding of your digital ecosystem*.
Digital Roadmap - Once equipped with what you or your organization stand in need of, we offer a way to get there with an expected timeline, budget, challenges to overcome, and tools needed to move forward.
Implementation - You are free to take the solutions, suggestion, and advice offered, and if you like we can also continue working together to put the roadmap in place. We can continue to work alongside you and your organization to solve problems and see your action plan through.
IT Support - Technical assistance both hardware and software including general maintenance, clean up, diagnostics, web site development, and content management.
*A digital ecosystem paints the best picture of you or your institution's past and present usage of technology including hard- and software. Once complete, we will have a better sense of how the digital landscape that currently exists was formed and can avoid repeating mistakes as well as reflect the lessons learned from failures and successes in your Digital Roadmap.
